#1] Highest Processing speed:
this comes in gigahertz (GHz)

#2] Highest RAM (gb) + Memory (gb), specific to ea. category

#3] best processor: coming up soon is the Intel Atom

#4] Lightweight: no one desires to lug around a huge thing everywhere….unless of course it’s supposed to be a desktop replacement

#5] fantastic customer ratings/reviews:
check amazon.com, epinions, cnet reveiws..etc…

#6] fantastic deal/price: it wouldn’t be the best if it cost more than you valued it at.

I reckon it’s safe to say that the Toshiba Libretto series was the one of the first umpc/netbook. The Libretto 50 supposed to come with Pentium 75mhz cpu, 16mb ram, 800mb hdd, though,
this particular example is a late production model and by the time it was being made, Intel has already stopped making the 75mhz Pentium, so what did Toshiba do? They place a 120mhz Pentium in it and *underclock* it back to 75mhz. You may have estimate it, some clever hackers figure this out and a small bit of soldering later, we have 120mhz Libretto 50s.

I really want one that can play the divx format, like on stagevu.com. I know the iPad won’t, but will the Android OS work? I am looking for the cheapest thing that will work.

I reckon your best bet would be either a Netbook if you’re on a budget, or a tablet/laptop combo if you have money to spare. There are laptops out there everywhere you can spin the show around 180º and fold it down over the keyboard, making it into a tablet PC.

I’m pretty sure that a Google Android OS tablet will work with videos online. You can get one of the generic brand tablets from ebay for less than $ 150.
