I have based my pronouncement on positive-growth trends, innovation of Apple products, an ROE of 26% as of September 2009, and the fact that Apple has no long-term debt or capital lease obligations listed on its balance sheet.

Apple has seen positive stock price growth for the past five being. The trend line for Apples stock in monthly intervals from March 2005 to February 2010 is y = 2.3367x + 39.108. In each one-year period, Apple has had positive-growth except for 2008-2009, which is the period the promote crashed. Since then, Apple has recovered to everywhere it was before, and then gained. I’m going to judge this from the point of view everywhere i’m the person seeking the safe investment.

I’d have a few issues from your report.

Firstly I thought the computer industry and all industries Apple operates in seem to be moving quite quick. I’d be terrified if there wasn’t more depth of Information about research and enhancement about both Apple and all of its major rivals.

Secondly, most people are aware that Steve Jobs has a significant impact on Apple’s survival. I’d like more information about his likelihood of staying over the investment period.

One of the other things i’m aware of about Apple is that it’s not particularly an investors best choice. It’s more of a speculators option. It trends higher and higher and higher year after year. What does that mean? It’s volatile in downturns. It wouldn’t be the best choice without properly keeping track of everywhere the world economy is.

The complaint you have addressed suggests that Apple haven’t properly done their research or have plainly made a major error. Since the industries Apple are involved in go at the rate they do… what’s stopping it from happening again?

In the second paragraph I don’t reckon you necessarily need to place that formula in there but i’m not absolutely certain. I hardly reckon investors will look at trend shape since economic situation will vary vastly. Also how did Apple fare in this downturn? To assure the Buy rating I suppose the best thing to do is to validate things like that with facts.

Final sum up: The proclamation looks like it is well backed up by financial proclamation information though it lacks the dynamic data needed about Apple’s survival. Some of the data provided makes uncertainty about the buy rating but sales facts are re-assuring.
