At age 30. You start to lose about 2% of your muscle mass a year, which slows down your metabolism. The exercise plot below helps. You can do the work-out at home.

I have just finished my 5th semester at a 4 year university. I was hoping to take Painting 1 in the fall as it is vital for my major. Unfortunately the times it is offered don’t work with my schedule. But it IS offered at a community college at a time I can take. Will that look terrible on my transcript? I am plotting on going to grad school so I don’t want to do anything to hurt my chances. Thanks!

Not at all. Some less vital schools often send their students of to CC to do subjects they don’t offer.

As part of my daughter’s thesis research she became a licensed EMT, taking the course through Allegheny County Community College. It looks fantastic on her transcript. And because of cross school agreements, she did not even have to pay more to take it.

So I would say it will be fine. Just check with your school that the credits will go on your transcript.
