can i flash a sprint phone, HTC evo shift, to virgin mobile?

can i do it and if so will there be anything i cant do on the phone?

sure… if the Evo Shift is 1) not in contract and 2) the Sprint account it was activated on was at a $ 0 balance… then sure, call VM and sparkle it…. but if the above 2 situation are not met, Sprint will not release control to VM
