Why in USA they are afraid to say the truth for the white man?

Why in USA they are afraid to say the truth for the white man?

One good example is sports!
White people have bring 2119 medals out of the total 2515 medals in all sports in Olympic Games (84,5% make the count) ,white men dominate in terms of % in all sports except Basketball and NFL ,even in those sports 95% of Head Coaches ,QB’s and owners are white!

Worldwide now, find me another sport except running (and there are 65 Olympic sports and 550 events) that black men dominate in big %!
NONE is the answer!
Here are the 500 greatest athletes of modern history voted by every continent
http://walloffame.infostradasports.com/asp/index.asp

403 are white people and rest races together have all together 97!

Here is the 430 multiple Olympic medalists
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_multiple_Olympic_gold_medalists

376 Whites
29 Asians
25 blacks

So why Basketball and NFL (which is not black dominated) and sprints is all media talk about and forger to mention the rest 95% of sports or when they do THEY WILL ALWAYS MENTION EXCEPTIONS like Woods and Williams sisters??

IT IS RACISM VS THE WHITE MAN IS NOT IT?
I mean the facts and the numbers SPEAK SO LOUD!

After reading this last night, I was third in line at La Cienaga Toys R Us this morning at 10am. Six copies had just arrived by DHL, one for me, one for the woman behind the counter "i heard this is the best game until Halo. I am going to buy one!"

She didn’t mention anything about the "do not sell Bioshock until the release date of 8/21" embargo.

I’ve been losing weight and exercising off and on. I’m making it a goal to keep on track and I have my long term goal for motivation. I’ve looked for a work out schedule to tone my whole body but haven’t seen one. Do you have a weekly schedule for your toned & lean body (example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Marisamiller.jpg ) and could you please share it with me?

I run: Mon-easy run; Wed-jogging with 10 sprints; Fri- Long run
I swim free style: Tues & Thurs

Any help or ideas would be very helpful. Thank you!
I know how to lose weight. I’ve lost a total of 38lbs and I’m still losing weight. I just would like some advice on what workouts are good at the gym or what to do without equipment. I have the weight loss part covered. South Beach Diet has been working so far and is the best diet for me to maintain for life.
In addition to my last comment how much more weight should I loss? ( I’m 5′ 6.5” and weigh 135lbs.)

Okay, let’s see if we can help here.

First, you need to understand what “toned” actually means — and it means different things to different people. Typically, when women talk about being “toned” they mean being lean, with good curves — and usually a fair amount of muscle (not talking female bodybuilder muscle, but more like the muscle you’d find on a female fitness or bikini model.) That muscle combined with lowish body fat levels is what keeps the “jiggle” away.

Ironically, Marisa Miller, while very lean, probably has some “jiggle” in her thighs, calves and likely the backs of her arms. That’s because depsite being very lean, she doesn’t have much muscle.

She does have a very flat stomach (which is a sign of low-body fat levels), but I would say she is probably too lean from a body fat to muscle ratio perspective. Fashion models, in general, are not typically great examples of female health and fitness.

You would be better off looking at someone like Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba or a fitness model like Amanda Carrier for a good example of a great, feminine, but toned body. I’ve included some links to examples below.

So, if you want to “tone” up and get a sculpted body, with some nice feminine curves, you need to not only be lean, but you need to also do some exercises that will build a little muscle. That muscle is what fills up the space between your bones and skin, and gives you a taut, tight look. Without it, you’re just a “fat skinny” girl.

In terms of your exercise routine, the cardio workout is generally fine. I like the addition of sprints — which are good at burning body fat and preserving lean tissue, like muscle. Combining the short -duration, higher-intensity cardio from the sprints with the longer-distance stuff is the ideal combination. So that’s looks good.

The place where you are lacking though (and I think you admitted this) is in the resistance and weight training area. I would recommend pulling back on 1-3 of your running or swimming routines, and substitute in weight training at the gym instead. If you can do three 45 minute to 1-hour weight training sessions a week, that’s ideal. But even once or twice a week will produce good results — provided your focus and intensity is there.

Your best bet is a full body workout — preferably with free weights, but you can use machines as well. I’ve included a link to a good one below. If you’d like it a little more tailored to you, send me an email.

This workout basically has you working out all of your major muscle groups three times a week and focuses primarily on what are called “compound exercise” — bigger movements that work lots of muscle groups simultaneously.

It uses higher weight amounts and lower reps to encourage some muscle growth — which is a good thing.

I know you probably have been told to go light and with high reps to “tone”, but I want you to ignore that advice for now. It’s generally not true. I’ve included a link explaining why in detail below. I would encourage you to read it. It will make more sense then. This is the type of workout that many fitness models use.

The key is to always keep moving with these exercises, and not take rests between sets. Between sets of exercises, do another exercise. I’ve structured the workout to optimize your time in the gym, and to have you working opposing muscle groups between sets.

Give yourself 48 hours between the full body weight workouts to rest — but you can perform your cardio workouts on the “off” days.

So your workout schedule might too like this:

Monday: Jogging with sprints
Tuesday: Full Body Weight Workout
Wed: Long Run
Thursday: Full Body Workout
Friday: Swim
Saturday: Full Body Workout
Sunday: Rest or light run/swim

In terms of how much weight to lose, I would focus on body fat ratio/percentage instead of scale weight.

Most female fitness models will have body fat percentages in the mid teens. This helps them look very toned and tight, but still have curves. I would not recommend going much lower than that, because it can cause health issues and is generally not sustainable.

Buy yourself some inexpensive AccuMeasure Body Fat Calipers at Amazon or at a sporting goods store like Dick’s. This will let you measure fat loss, versus scale loss. The difference is that you scale weight doesn’t tell you anything about body composition — you could lose a ton of lean tissue along with the fat, and not look toned at all, even though you are 20 lbs lighter. Again, read the article below to understand why.

That said, at your height, I wouldn’t recommend losing more than an additional 10 lbs max. You would be considered moderately tall by average female standards, so you are going to distribute fat and muscle a little different than someone who is 5″3. But again, try to focus on losing body fat and preserving/growing lean muscle — not just losing pounds. I know female bikini models at 5′ 4 who weigh 130 lbs with 15% bod
