Help with Mobile Device Software

I downloaded the Windows Mobile device so I can download Call of Duty onto my sons PDA and it will not connect. What could be going incorrect? I have Vista so I couldn’t download Microsoft Active Sync. It said I had to download Windows Mobile Device 6.0
It is a Tungsten E and yes, it is an grown-up version of PDA

Im going to take upon yourself that your son’s pda is a windows mobile device, but its a question that needs to be questioned.. as well as, what kind of pda? Make and model would be helpful. It could be an grown-up device with an grown-up OS that wont support your software.

A Tungsten E, is not a windows mobile device, you need to use Palm’s software to sync it. It’s called HotSync, you can download it at the following link.

The TREO 700 W will do what you want, I’m sure there are others. Also the 750 is recentlly out and may come with a winmobile version. One caution though, WiFi has been disable on these units by the cell carriers. If you want wifi as well, there are hacks out there that allow the use of an SDIO wifi card on the Treos.
