Do android phones have a built in calendar? Can it sync automatically to Google Calender? Microsoft Exchange?

no idea perhaps you could email google and they will be able to tell you that

It’s not up to Google, they’ve already released Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It’s up to HTC and Sprint to release the update to the HTC EVO 4G. They could release it in the coming months.

Not all of these would be accurate because HTC would change some of these with their own stuff (eg: HTC Sense)
