im 16 and i dont really need the 3g when wifi is everywhere so does anyone know of a phone that is out or will be coming out that may be meant for teens that run Google android os?

All the Android phones on Verizon are smart phones. Really there was a discussion going on in the Verizon forums. Supposedly you can use the phone just on wifi with no data plot. Some features will not work though. Nothing will apt out by Android that is not a smart phone.
