Tmobile G1 (google android) or Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition?

Im having a new phone on my contract, and i dont know whether to go for the Tmobile G1 or the Tocco Ultra. My dad has had the G1 recently, and i was very impressed by the quick wi-fi connection and all the free download applications. The Samsung tocco Ultra does have the better camera, but i’m not too bothered about that, its more about the applications. The G1 is literally like a computer, but does the Tocco have the same great applications as the G1? Which one shall i go for?

Hi, I just got the G1 last month and it’s a great phone. Lots of cool apps and quick internet speed. I highly recommend it!

Get the G1 for sure. G1 has tons of applications to offer. Mostly there are free apps on it. I have the phone & absolutely love it. It is one of the best phones.

never heard of the tocco but ive got a g1 and its awesome, except for the camera like u said. cant go wrong.

I got the samsung tocco ultra edition and i found it totally crap, battery life was rubbish and the phone design was good but the features were just too terrible. I returned it next day and then after few days i got the NOKIA N97, which is just superb, it beats iphone, tmobile G1 and all others. Nokia 97 is superb in every way you look at it, So go for n97, you wont be disappointed and it comes in white and black, white one is specially enhanced for facebook users etc.

i see some sell for $ 350 but other are buy it now for like 300 and they don’t sell. I think i may be missing something. What should i understand before doing this?
Oh yeah i have no need for a smart phone as i don’t want to pay for the data plan. Just seeing if i can make a little money of this so i can get another phone that is bare bones.
and i already have a 2 year contract with them via my old phone, im able to get an up grade, i suck at posting questions. Thanks in advance to everyone who answers.

You have to sign a contract with a data plan to get the phone for $ 200. You remain liable for the contract and the data plan for 2 years even if you sell the phone.
