How can i play my iphone and my boyfriends ipod through a car stereo?

The car is a VW and we want to be able to play our iphone and ipod through the car stereo. We have tried to use an Fm transmitter but it dosnt work very excellent. Is there any adapter which we may maybe use?

Unless the car has a built in MP3 input jack, the FM transmitter is the only way to listen to your iPod in your car.

If it does have an MP3 jack, then all you have to do is buy the small cable that connects the two.

Just buy an FM Transmitter like a Belkin Tunecast and it’ll tune in to the best FM frequency in can find on your car stereo or but a cassette adaptor where you plug one end in to your mp3/iPod and place the tape in to the cassette slot with the tape option your going to get a tape rattling sound which may maybe become an annoyance unless you car has an mp3 socket your not going to get any better if it has one just buy the required cable and plug them in to the relavent holes on your car/iPod

well in the UK you can get transmitters to fit for Ipod but i don’t know in India. but ill tell you what it is called so then you can look for it in India. it is called Belkin Transmitter.
you may maybe also hold this from E-bay and Amazon.
if i give you a few websites you may maybe see the harvest and then you might be able to find them in India.

My computer had a virus so i had to reboot everything. All my songs deleted off my iTunes. How do i transfer my songs from my iPhone to my iTunes?

This isn’t something you can do with iTunes, but you can download programs, such as SharePod, which allow you to copy things of your iPods, I imagine this would also work with an iPhone.

you connect your iphone to the pc. so you open itunes, so LIBRARY and you’ll find them there

If your iphone is jailbroken you can ssh into it

If the songs that you are trying to transfer were bought from the iTunes store you can transfer them WITHOUT the 3rd party software that everyone else is trying to get you to download.

Plug your iPhone in and click File >> Transfer buys on iTunes

You must be signed into your iTunes account on the computer and have the computer authorized in order to do this
