Is there a limit on how many Android apps you can store on your Phone?

Is there a limit on how many Android apps you can store on your Phone?

I am getting a HTC Wildfire which will be my first Android phone, but i was wondering if there was a limit to storing apps, i have a 16GB memory card handy which i can hopefully fill up.

Thanks for anyone that answers.

spend a day downloading apps and see if you get stopped

i doubt you’d really need THAT many apps to be worried about that.

some apps can only be stored to your phone otherwise certain functions wont work (widgets usually)

some apps have the option to be moved to the memory card

however phone only apps cannot be moved at all and do take a fair amount of space.

Never heard of a “app limit” or “downloading app limit”… LOL LOL

However, The internal storage of a Wildfire is only 512MB. After the HTC and Carrier bloatware, that can be about 200M… That can hold only 20-30 apps, maybe 15-25 on internal memory.

With a 16GB, you’ll be peachy for external memory!!!. Just download the app and move to SD immediately after download!!!!

Remember, not ALL apps can be moved to SD… The dev must program the permissions in the App in order for the MoveToSD option to be possible… Or…. if your curious… Root the Phone and get the “MoveToSD for Rooters” app. Move anything to SD. LOL…

I enjoy playing games on my phone especially online multiplayer games where i can play against random people around the world or preferably against people i know. I’ve been looking for different games in the android market but its difficult to find those kind of games and I’m wondering if anyone knows of any good, reliable sites that offer a variety of mobile online games specifically for the android phone.
