If Cell had not appeared, would android 16 still have carried out his mission to destroy Goku?

Android 16′s main mission was to ruin Goku, but that seems to be place up your sleeve because Cell appears. If Cell had not appeared, would he have still tried to carry out his mission? Pure opinion question.

I am currently with AT&T and want to switch to Boost Mobile. I really like the Android phones for obvious reasons and without spending 400 bucks for the only android Boost offers, I want/need to know which, if any, androids can work with Boost. Are their any smartphones that can match an android that Boost offers?

Answer by Kasey C
The conundrum is, Boost is one of the carriers that (like MetroPCS) that requires you to pay full price for the phones, as they don’t subsize the phones and make you pay them back every month.

So $ 400 is about right for an Android phone, unless you find a CDMA android phone cheaper outside (and hopefully it wasn’t blacklisted) AND make sure you CAN find ways to hack the baseband and such to make sure it works on Boost. Theoretically any Sprint phone should work on Boost, but no way to know for sure.
