What would be a good topic to discuss about android phones?

What would be a good topic to discuss about android phones?

Okay, so I have to come up with an interesting topic to discuss about an Android phone. I admittedly have an iphone so any suggestions from those in the “know” would be really helpful for me…. thanks!

Well, you could start by discussing how much more open that iPhone Android is.

There are a few things Android does such as

WiFi Hotspot (you need to jailbreak the iPhone for this)

It runs FULL flash websites. Steve Jobs seems to be under the delusion that “flash is a technology thats had its heyday” So? People still need it NOW.

You can download any app you want, without it being censored. There is good and bad to this but the point is that no one is choosing for you.

It multi tasks alot better

It has a better browser

and it gives more carrier choice (although this is more in the US than in the UK I believe)

What do you think? Answer below!

A tablet is a type of PC, but it is in a compact ‘slate’ form that doesn’t include keyboard, mouse, DVD drive and other extra parts that only add to size and cost.

Tablets are in short specifically made for consuming content – that means watching movies, surfing the net, checking emails, playing games and reading e-books and other documents.

They are light and compact so you can easily slip them into your bag.

Rather than a mouse you just touch the screen where you want to make a selection. This can make typing a lot a little difficult, but for the odd email they’re fine and great for games.

One of the best things about Android is that you can download thousands of free apps, applications, that allow you to do almost anything – games, calendars, keeping fit, music players, e-book readers; you can get apps for almost anything and generally as I said they are free.

You can also download music and movies and put them on your memory card and then watch them.

If you connect to the internet with Wifi you can even use the net for free and make skype calls for free etc.

I buy my tablets from Virtual village – they have a wide range of sizes from 5 to 10 inch tablets – I would go for larger sizes such as 10 inch if possible as they are clearer when it comes to watching movies.
