hey i have a htc hermes 8525 and i wanna upgrade it to the new professional software but idk how to do it . may maybe someone make a tutorial listing or record with the file so i can download? thanks!

i had lock(strong alphabetic) my phone for security
but i forgot my password
what to do now ???
is there any software for that???
