my market isnt working on my google android.....HELPPP!!?

I reset my phone on google android and it deleted my the apps i downloaded on the market so every time i got to the market it says attention the ma?tre d’h?tel error has occurred retry or cancel. i keep pressing retry keeps popping up i tried resetting and turning of the phone still nothing.
HELP PLEASE!!!

Try making sure that you are connected to a WiFi network which has excellent connection or 3G cellular data service.

The only phones with android right now are The Droid, The Droid Eris, Samsung Moment, HTC Hero, Motorola Cliq and Samsung Behold II. These are all contract phones for Verizon, Sprint and TMobile.

Tmobile has flexpay option which is prepaid. For the Android phones its $ 60 a month for 500 min, boundless text and boundless internet. Its strictly prepaid, but the cost of these phones range from $ 450-$ 600
