iPHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I HAD a 1st gen iphone but we cut the service on it. so i jailbreaked it AND unlocked it. The phone part works but the INTERNET part doesn’t…..AT ALL. i tried a ton of differant network settings and NOTHING.

anything i can do??????????!!!

also, can i put a simcard in a 3G iphone WITHOUT the tray thingy?
but for the other questions im talking about the 1st gen.

First off, if the service is cut off from the iPhone then I’m assuming that your AT&T plan was cut off. Also, by mentioning that it has been unlocked, I’ll just assume that you’re using a T-Mobile sim card…it’s kind of difficult to answer without those kind of specific details.

Okay, so assuming you’re now using T-Mobile…
Is it an actual sim card that works and has a plan backed up behind it? Since you mentioned the “phone” part still worked then I’ll just assume that it does. However, do you have a data plan with T-Mobile? If not, then that’s probably why the internet is not working. Your sim card won’t allow anything that requires a data/internet connection to the phone to work without an actual data plan. If you do have a data plan and it still does not work then I don’t know what advice I could give besides sticking to wi-fi.

And you cannot put a sim card into an iPhone 3G without the sim card tray. How would you expect the sim card to stay put in there? It would fall out without the tray.

Is the iphone 3g the only one that comes in white or black?

Or is there an 8g version or 16g

Hi,

There is 2 Colours .. Black and White. the Black comes in both 8Gb and 16Gb and the White comes only in 16Gb
