Q&A: where can I find pre-installed windows applications?

maybe the “mobile” versions of applications, but I don’t have administrator rights on my computer, so I need somewhere where I can download apps that only need to be extracted (from say, a .ZIP or .RAR file), and are ready to be used.

Sounds like you need Standalone Applications (Just an executable). You would need to be looking for something specific. There are many places you can go:

Brothersoft
Tucows
Cnet

and lots more. Google will help. But you need to be looking for a specific program.

You should be able to work your phone by putting the sim card. I dont reckon you have to pay extra (to att) to use Win Mo apps.

yes u can use ur sim card. the apps that come in it, for example word, powerpoint, and excel, are all free to use. the phone should come with a cd that u would download to ur computer and u can use them all. but if you want to use email, internet, or some additional features like that u will have to pay monthly for them. but honestly i would not buy the tilt unless u were a business man who would use the apps alot for work. if u want it just for a phone i would go with something else. i would say the iphone but that requires monthly subscriptions in order for u to use the phone. hope this helps.
